Shipping Time

 

Delivery time: 5-12 working day(depends on your place).
After you submitted the order, our warehouse will take 1-2 days to process the shipment for you.

 

 

Wrong Address 

 

If the address is incorrectly filled in, please contact our customer service immediately to correct it, which helps to avoid any additional charges and disputes.
STUCK UP BOUTIQUE don't bear any responsibility when your parcel is on the way to your incorrect address.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Package 

If the package is lost or stolen, please contact your logistics or our customer service, we will check and solve the problem asap.
If your track information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but has not been received, please contact your parcel logistics staffs.

RETURNS

How to Return  

 

  • You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at stuckupboutiqueandlashes@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We will deduct the costs from your refund or merchandise credit, which depends on the actual situation after our customer service team verified.

 

 

Damaged or Non Return Items  

 

  • Products that exceed the return processing time limit (30 days after the order is signed).

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer's handling.

  • Some items, such as personalized/customized clothing, may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind etc.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

  • If you received the wrong size or color, you may exchange the item for the correct one within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
